DIRECTORS can check-in at any time during the weekend but must be checked in two (2) hours prior to the performance time of your group.The unload / loading area is reserved for vehicles with props / floors only. Cars and Vans with performers will go directly to the Parking Structure PS2 and meet the prop vehicle at the curbside if they help with that process. You must enter the unload / load area at your scheduled time, if you arrive early, you will be asked to loop around and come back. Once in the loading area, you have a 15 minute window to unload. Same process applies post performance. The Director check-in desk will be open at the following times. Friday 4-8 PM, Saturday 7-11 AM, 12-2:30 PM, 3- 7 PM, Sunday 10AM -4:30 PM
